Shipping and Hassle Free Returns Policy

We proudly offer delivery all over Australia.  Our vehicles service many parts of Country Victoria for our regular clients on a scheduled delivery run and the areas our vehicles do not service, we have a vast courier network.

Country Victoria Clients: For all our regular clients, our expert team will visit your business on the same agreed day every week or fortnight to take your order and our vehicles will then deliver your order the very next business the next day.  Orders over $250+ gst are delivered freight free!  Please contact us on 03 5331 3255 or email sales@dejs.com.au to find out what day we are in your area.  

National Clients: Orders placed before 12pm are generally dispatched same day, after 12pm they will dispatch the following business day.  If freight costs apply we will contact you prior to dispatch.

Delivery of goods is Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) unless otherwise arranged.

On the rare occassion an item ordered is out of stock, we will advise an estimated time that they will be available and make sure you are happy with this, or we will arrange a substitute that you are happy with.  We proudly boast a 99.5% order fulfillment rate so it is rare for us to not have your item in stock.

 

At DEJ's, we greatly value our client relationships and aim to ensure a positive experience with every interaction you have with us, including returning products.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you have received an incorrect product, we are here to help.  Please review our returns policy below to understand how we can help, and feel free to phone us at any time to discuss.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used products, unless they are defective.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Special Orders.
  • Items purchased as part of clearance or a promotion.
  1. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support Team at accounts@dejs.com.au or phone us on 03 5331 3255 with your invoice number goods were purchased on, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once approved for return, our team will send you a Return For Credit (RFC).
  3. Return Shipping:
    • If you receive a regular Delivery, please attach the RFC to the returned item(s) and give to our Driver on your next delivery from us.
    • If you receive stock by courier, please attach the RFC to the returned item(s) and arrange to return stock back to the address on the RFC.
    • For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, DEJ’s will cover return shipping costs.
    • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Please do not write on any cartons or sleeves, this may void your return.  Separate notes can be attached to the cartons or sleeves if required.
  1. Credits or Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product(s), our warehouse team will provide an approval and our accounts team will process your RFC within 2 business days.

  • Credits: If you hold an account with us, we will apply the RFC as a credit to your oldest invoice.  Please advise us prior to return if you require this to be allocated to a specific invoice.  You are also welcome to request a refund.
  • Refunds: If you purchased as a one off, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
